Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the recruitment process, develop company policies, and set objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Establish clear goals and objectives for the HR team and monitor progress
  • Implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and development
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance review and appraisals
  • Design policies that promote a healthy work environment and foster employee engagement
  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs based on business objectives
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and diverse candidates
  • Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and improve processes
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals and objectives
  • Organize learning and development programs for the teams
  • Address employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems, Performance Management Systems (PMS), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS))
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or related field.
