We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assessing top talent to fill key roles within the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with ease.
About the RoleThis role requires a high level of autonomy, as the successful candidate will be working independently to source and assess candidates. However, they will also be part of a close-knit team, collaborating on projects and sharing best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully filling key roles within an organization. They will have a deep understanding of the recruitment process and be able to identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities- Sourcing and screening top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Providing timely and accurate feedback to candidates.
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and application status.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling key roles within an organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
