As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Officer to join our team in Gurugram. This is a critical role that requires exceptional leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert guidance on legal matters, including responding to queries, written submissions, and appeals under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016
  • Representing the organization in RERA proceedings before HRERA & HREAT, briefing external counsel as needed
  • Drafting settlement deeds and other legal documents to protect the company's rights
  • Maintaining a comprehensive record of cases handled, including CRM intimation and updating interim/final orders tracker
  • Proficient in working on MS Excel and other software tools
  • Coordinating with the team lead and providing support as required

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
