Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Legal Professional with extensive experience in U.S. legal processes and employment practices.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Draft, Review and Manage Employment Agreements to Ensure Compliance with Federal and State Laws.
  • Prepare and Review Bonus and Commission Agreements to Support Performance-Based Compensation Structures.
  • Conduct Research, Analyze Data and Develop Reports to Inform Business Decisions.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Collaborate with Stakeholders to Achieve Business Objectives.
  • Represent Company Interests in Unemployment Claims, Workers' Compensation Insurance Matters and Regulatory Compliance Issues.
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs to Enhance Employee Knowledge and Skills.

Location: Chennai (Navalur)

Mode: Work from Office

Shift Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
