Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Advisor. In this role, you will provide expert advice on legal and compliance matters to support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and data protection.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and mitigate risk, implementing effective solutions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Review and draft policies, guidance notes, and SOPs for regulatory compliance.
  • Advise on data protection and privacy legislations, including incident management and record retention.
  • Support cyber security compliance and risk management, reviewing disclosure requirements and interacting with external vendors.
  • Assist with immigration law compliance in EU, APAC, and MEA regions.
Requirements:
  • LLB/LLM degree with relevant experience as a compliance counsel in an MNC.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, including data privacy, cyber security, and immigration laws.
  • Strong project management skills, interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex issues with supervision and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
