We are seeking a seasoned Legal Professional to support our organization in achieving compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, structuring, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements in line with business objectives and ensuring appropriate risk mitigation.
  • Reviewing statutory compliances at various locations and suggesting remedial measures. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of suggested measures.
  • Understanding business operations and analysing the risk involved, advising on mitigating liabilities for the organization.
  • Providing guidance to stakeholders on various issues as required.

Educational Qualifications:

  • LL.B. / LL.M.

Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical):

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various kinds of agreements within India and cross-border contexts.
  • Experience with Statutory Compliances, Litigation, and Intellectual Property law would be advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and effective communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in drafting high-quality agreements and other documents.
  • Strong understanding of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas in business operations.
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, good judgement, and sound risk-mitigating skills.
