Role OverviewThis high-ownership role is designed for a graduate who wants to work on growth, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
You will drive revenue growth, support partnerships, manage workflows, and enable cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and customer success.
As an Associate, you will be involved in partnership structuring, outreach, client success initiatives, and operational enablement—with hands-on ownership and fast execution expected.
Responsibilities- Growth & Execution: Support outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team.
- Partnership & Strategic Projects: Support founders in structuring partnership proposals, GTM plans, and strategic collaborations.
- Business Analytics & Reporting: Build trackers for pipeline, partnership progress, and growth KPIs.
- Operational Support for Growth: Coordinate calendars around growth and partnership deliverables.
- Documentation & Communication: Create SOPs for outreach, partnerships, and client onboarding processes.
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institute
- 0–1 year of work experience (consulting, startups, sales, or partnerships experience is a plus)
- Strong logical reasoning, documentation ability, and execution ownership
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Competitive compensation and appraisal cycles

- Direct exposure to sales, partnerships, GTM, and customer success
- Mentorship and direct access to leadership
This is a high-ownership role that requires strong skills in business analytics, communication, and project management.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institute and 0–1 year of work experience in consulting, startups, sales, or partnerships.
