Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling accounts receivable transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Review daily AR listings and apply cash receipts.
  • Prepare weekly AR reports for business teams and department management.
  • Address payment issues such as double payments or discrepancies.
  • Complete reconciliations of unmatched payments to ensure timely application.
  • Create and update basic reports and spreadsheets.
  • Provide payment plans based on customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Commerce graduates with relevant work experience.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and Microsoft Excel skills.
