Key Role Summary

The Senior Vice President of Wealth Management will lead a portfolio of High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients, providing comprehensive investment advisory and wealth management solutions.

This is an individual role requiring a strong personal network, extensive product knowledge, and a track record of building lasting client relationships while delivering consistent revenue and asset growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Acquire, nurture, and grow relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and senior professionals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and wealth planning needs.
    • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
  • Wealth Advisory & Solutions:
    • Advise clients on a range of investment products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, and insurance.
    • Provide tailored wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
  • Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve AUM (Assets Under Management) and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
    • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the wealth management and third-party product suite.
    • Leverage existing relationships to grow client base through referrals and networking.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices.
    • Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
