Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio details of private equity funds and analyzing their performance.

  • Main Responsibilities: Manage fund data, update investor reporting templates, and analyze cash flows and financial reports.
  • Analyze fund valuation data, including investment cost, realized/unrealized value, gross/net multiple, and key performance indicators such as revenue, EBITDA, net debt, and valuation/leverage multiples.
  • Track operational KPIs on a quarterly basis, create/update fund track records, and reconcile data using cash flow notices.
  • Calculate fund multiples and internal rates of return (IRR), perform attribution and value creation analysis, and reconcile portfolio-level operational data.
  • Coordinate with teams to obtain information and communicate client status.

Requirements

  • Post-graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-10 years of relevant financial services experience, including management reporting or operational finance, preferably with research experience.
  • Experience with financial tools like Excel is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, identify process enhancements, prioritize tasks, and manage workload.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
