Portfolio Management Role

The global expansion of the Merchant Banking division in Mumbai, India is a key strategic objective. The Merchant Banking business unit collaborates closely with other Amherst business units as part of the fully integrated Amherst platform.

Our Portfolio Management team plays a central role in the organization, serving as leaders and collaborators across every function that serves the lifecycle of our investment products. We seek a highly motivated individual to play a key role in the execution of reporting to investors, shareholders, and key stakeholders invested in single-family rental (SFR) properties.

The Investor Reporting Analyst will be responsible for generating operational reports for our Single-Family Rental (SFR) portfolios, which are delivered externally to each of our Joint Venture (JV) institutional investors.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will also need to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Additionally, you should have experience working with financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. You should also be proficient in using relevant software applications, such as Excel, to analyze and present complex data sets.
