Job Title: Leasing Portfolio Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned leasing professional to assume a leadership role in our leasing operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to leverage their expertise to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead all leasing-related activities, including site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination, and administration.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, including in-house personnel, tenants, outside counsel, architects, consultants, brokers, and municipalities.
  • Negotiate, organize, track, and support our leasing processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A postgraduate degree in business administration (PGDM/MBA) is essential.
  • Certification in retail leasing is highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leasing operations, preferably with strong presentation skills to convince prospective brands.
