Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Professional to promote and increase occupancy of our warehouse rental spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote godown/warehouse rental services through integrated marketing strategies.
  • Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, brokers, agents, and partners.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for site visits and client presentations.
  • Create and manage listings on property portals.
  • Run digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility and reach.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups to generate new leads.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence reports.
  • Achieve leasing targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred.
  • Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler (preferred, for local travel).
