To drive business growth, we are seeking a seasoned commercial real estate professional to support the implementation of sales and leasing strategies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, prospecting clients, and coordinating lease agreements with property owners, tenants, and investors.
A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
This role requires collaboration with legal/compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry policies and procedures. Additionally, candidates should have a solid understanding of market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
As part of this position, you will participate in site visits, client meetings, and transaction closures, utilizing your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with developers, landlords, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Coordinate lease agreements, sales discussions, and other transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, business administration)
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
