Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Credit Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our credit risk management group, you will be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of large corporate customers and ensuring adherence to bank policies.

Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough due diligence, analyzing financial statements, and assessing management risk. You will develop and analyze cashflow-based Excel models to evaluate creditworthiness and review annual reports, borrower backgrounds, and term sheets to inform lending decisions.

You will also collaborate with stakeholders to review customer accounts and guide team members in analysis and decision-making. Additionally, you will analyze internal ratings and assign credit ratings to customers, identify early warning triggers, and prepare recommendation notes for senior management.

To succeed in this role, you must stay up-to-date with industry dynamics, RBI circulars, and bank policies to ensure adherence. You will foster a team environment, manage resources, and drive results to achieve goals.
