Job Purpose:

Accelerate revenue growth and expand our customer base by identifying new business opportunities across key sectors, including wind energy, railways, marine, and automotive. Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver innovative solutions and drive commercial success.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects, building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and strategic agreements to optimize commercial outcomes and ensure effective delivery of customer needs.
  • Oversee feasibility studies, costing, and quotations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer requests.
  • Review and analyze customer technical requirements to provide expert guidance on solution development.
  • Ensure seamless proposal development, documentation, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Sales & Engineering team, allocating resources, delegating tasks, and fostering a culture of performance excellence.
  • Support planning, budgeting, and market expansion initiatives to drive business growth and improve competitiveness.
  • Provide valuable insights on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in a relevant field (Engineering).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in FRP/GRP, Plastic Moulding, and related products/processes.
  • Strong track record in new customer acquisition and business development.
  • Expertise in pricing strategies, cost estimation, and contract negotiations.
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead team members, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to define and refine a strategy for achieving successful outcomes.
