Growth Strategy Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Strategy Manager to spearhead our efforts in accelerating user acquisition, engagement, and retention across fintech products.

This is a critical role that involves defining and optimizing growth funnels, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize business impact.

The platform has almost 4 million monthly active users and 15% are daily active users, with an installed base of over 58 million.

This is the only app platform of its kind, offering users free and unlimited access to bureau scores from two bureaus CIBIL and Experian. It attempts to offer customers features across the credit cycle, including accessing, analyzing, leveraging, and protecting their creditworthiness.

The platform offers customers ways to deeply understand their creditworthiness and now provides an opportunity to monetize it by launching personal loans on the platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Growth Funnel Development:

Develop and implement holistic growth strategies for the portfolio covering various acquisition and engagement channels, including:

  • OneScore mobile app
  • OneScore website

Responsibilities include driving acquisition, engagement, and retention for the app and web, as well as monetization use cases, such as personal loans.

  • Deliver month-on-month personal loan volumes.

Stakeholder Management:

Manage and coordinate with key partners, such as Google and Meta, to optimize growth campaigns, platform integrations, and new feature launches. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners to facilitate co-marketing and promotional activities.

  • Experimentation & Innovation:

Drive growth by designing and scaling experimentation frameworks, leveraging beta tools and new features introduced by partners like Google and Meta. Continuously identify and integrate emerging growth opportunities.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Leadership & Mentorship:

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • A deep understanding of consumer acquisition, consumer journey, and consumer interaction with digital apps.
  • 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other growth tools.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Expertise in agile project and sprint management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in devising and executing growth strategies that leverage app and web platforms.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, referral programs, and add-on product marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable growth plans.
