Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Asset Manager to join our team. This role involves monitoring and maintaining AEM environments, troubleshooting production issues, performing deployments, and supporting Adobe Cloud infrastructure.

This includes managing AEM Sites, AEM Forms, Adobe Cloud Manager, Splunk, Adobe Analytics, GitLab CI/CD, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and maintain AEM environments (author and publish instances) to ensure high uptime.
  2. Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate with development teams, and manage incident resolution.
  3. Perform deployments, environment configurations, and support Adobe Cloud infrastructure.
  4. Maintain logs and alerts using tools like Splunk and Adobe Analytics.
