Senior Asset Management Professional

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Asset Management Professional to oversee the management of contracts and assets within our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and ensuring the efficient use of assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of asset/contract management experts in optimizing asset utilization and contract renewal processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to operational efficiency and performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, senior management, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Oversee the tracking, maintenance, and renewal of assets and contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in contract management and asset optimization, preferably within the ServiceNow platform, with 7-12 years of experience
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and other relevant software tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
