International Sales & Marketing Executive

A seasoned professional with experience in global business development, lead generation, and operational process management is required to drive the growth of our international operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Patient Intake & CRM Management
  • Ensure new listings are properly tracked, verified, and updated in our customer relationship management system.
  • Manage data integration and classification based on technology/industry.
Assessment & Marketing Preparation
  • Support internal assessments of patent potential (market demand, licensing/sale viability).
  • Prepare professional flyers, content, and outreach materials.
International Sales & Promotion
  • Develop target lists of potential buyers/licensees across geographies.
  • Conduct outreach via email campaigns, LinkedIn, IP forums, and direct communication.
  • Generate and qualify leads, ensuring alignment with monetization strategy.
Buyer Engagement & Negotiation
  • Coordinate with potential buyers to explore interest, structure licensing/sale discussions.
  • Capture negotiation details and maintain CRM records.
Post-Deal Support & Client Relationship
  • Follow up with clients for feedback, testimonials, and long-term engagement.
  • Support repeat business opportunities through ongoing relationship management.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales & marketing (B2B preferred).
  3. Strong skills in data integration, CRM updates, and operational process execution.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
  5. Familiarity with intellectual property, legal services, or technology markets is a plus.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital outreach tools.
