
Global Business Development Specialist

A seasoned professional with experience in global business development, lead generation, and operational process management is required to drive the growth of our international operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Intake & CRM Management
- Ensure new listings are properly tracked, verified, and updated in our customer relationship management system.
- Manage data integration and classification based on technology/industry.
- Support internal assessments of patent potential (market demand, licensing/sale viability).
- Prepare professional flyers, content, and outreach materials.
- Develop target lists of potential buyers/licensees across geographies.
- Conduct outreach via email campaigns, LinkedIn, IP forums, and direct communication.
- Generate and qualify leads, ensuring alignment with monetization strategy.
- Coordinate with potential buyers to explore interest, structure licensing/sale discussions.
- Capture negotiation details and maintain CRM records.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, testimonials, and long-term engagement.
- Support repeat business opportunities through ongoing relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales & marketing (B2B preferred).
- Strong skills in data integration, CRM updates, and operational process execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
- Familiarity with intellectual property, legal services, or technology markets is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital outreach tools.
