About This Position

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in support and implementation on ServiceNow, with expertise in the Service Portal and proficiency in web-based development languages, particularly JavaScript and Ajax.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish quality control standards, monitor performance, and provide reports.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration protocols is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective time management are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL/ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.
  • Understanding of ITSM Framework, ITIL, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, GRC is desirable.
