Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills and experience in ServiceNow?

This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and facilitating agile development methodologies to drive efficiency and automation.

  • Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with organizational objectives.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends, particularly in Health & Safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Business Analyst for agile development teams, leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand pain points, business challenges, and optimization opportunities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and ServiceNow administrators.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
  • Strong experience in hosting and facilitating SCRUM sessions with development teams.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
