Job Title: ServiceNow Lead

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow lead to join our team. As a ServiceNow lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing management of our ServiceNow instance.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs
  • Experience in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems
  • Proficiency in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes
  • Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows
  • Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams
