Technical Lead

Overview:

The role of Technical Lead involves overseeing the successful implementation of ServiceNow projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT service management processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Develop and implement custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and scripts.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the ServiceNow platform to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing ServiceNow projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL) and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
