Syngenta Crop Protection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Payroll Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations department, you will be responsible for managing payroll services across multiple countries and vendors.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll systems and processes, with experience in service management of payroll providers across multiple countries and vendors. You will also have subject matter expertise on payroll systems and processes, as well as change management and customer experience methodologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring payroll compliance across the region, working closely with global HR Operations where required for suggested improvements or escalations. You will also manage and deliver annual compensation cycles for the region, as well as a portfolio of payroll projects.
