Gera Developments is a leading real estate company in Pune, known for innovation, transparency, and customer experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • HR Systems Administration: Manage payroll, oversee offboarding, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate employee databases using SuccessFactors, GreytHR, and BGV Portal.
  • Employee Data Management: Ensure 100% accurate and real-time data updates in HR Systems, create new entities, positions, departments, locations, jobs, and maintain employee physical personnel files.
  • Payroll: Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in employee salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions, collaborate with finance and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Customer Support: Resolve employee queries related to SF and GreytHR policies, conduct BGV for exited employees, and provide support on HR systems.
  • Onboarding: Ensure accurate employee data at time of onboarding, issue appointment letters, background verification for new joiners, and create employee personnel files.
  • Offboarding: Complete exit process along with settlement of final dues in GreytHR, close full and final settlement within 10 days, issue experience letter, and move employee personnel files to digital cabinet.
  • Compliance: Ensure quarterly, half-yearly, and annual returns as per applicable statutes, publish compliance calendar, ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies, and liaise with compliance consultants.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management.
  • A high degree of integrity and adherence to SOPs.
  • Experience in HR Operations, including independently processing payroll from HR systems (2+ years) and managing HR compliances (2+ years).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
