Role Overview

We are seeking an HR and Office Operations Specialist to join our team at THW - The Healthy World. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our upcoming product launch.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 0–1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles, with excellent organizational skills. They will be responsible for recruitment support, maintaining employee records, managing attendance, and overseeing daily office operations. Additionally, they will coordinate with vendors, organize team-building activities, and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance, and support payroll-related tasks.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to meet office supply needs and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Team Engagement: Organize team-building activities and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
