Job Opportunity: Backend Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Backend Development Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development with a focus on Node.js and a passion for building scalable, efficient, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs using Node.js.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and QA to deliver innovative features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
  • Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professionally experienced in backend development with a focus on Node.js.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
  • Hands-on experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
  • Expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
  • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud services.
  • Strong knowledge of testing frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools.
