Job Title:

 

We are seeking a seasoned backend expert to lead our full-stack development team and drive technical excellence across projects. If you have experience working with modern frameworks, eCommerce platforms, and complex integrations, we want to hear from you.

 

About the Role

As a senior developer, you will take ownership of backend architecture and development, guide a team of engineers, and deliver high-performance applications. You will work on integrations, custom solutions, and platforms like Magento, WordPress, and Shopify, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Backend Development:
    • Utilize Laravel and modern PHP frameworks for backend development.
    • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
  • Manage System Integrations:
    • Integrate systems using REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services.
  • Oversee Projects:
    • Manage projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacks.
  • Collaborate with Teams:
    • Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.
  • Ensure Performance Optimization:
    • Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in Laravel.
  • Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.
  • Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks.
  • Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, Java, ReactJS, Node.js, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients.
  • Flexibility to work in a small company environment.
