Industrial Operations Director

Sites are the frontline of wind project execution, and effective site management is crucial to its success. As a Wind Project Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Site Execution
- Develop and implement daily site activity plans based on project schedules.
- Co-ordinate crane planning, mobilization, and movement of heavy materials.
- Supervise the installation of wind turbine generators, ensuring alignment with drawings and specifications.
- Assign work to contractors and engineers; monitor labor, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and verify material readiness, safety, and compliance.
- E nsure proper execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts.
- Coordinate contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks.
- Support customer inspections and ensure timely sign-off of milestones.
- Resolve any issues or queries related to execution and commissioning through cross-functional coordination.
- Mechanical & Technical Oversight
- Approve crane movement routes and ensure lift planning is in place.
- Validate the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in wind project execution.
- Able to work across multiple locations in India.
