We are seeking a Senior Finishing Operations Director to lead our finishing operations and drive excellence in quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the finishing department, including bleaching, dyeing, printing, washing, and other finishing processes.
  • Schedule Adherence: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to meet customer commitments.
  • Efficiency Optimization: Analyze machine utilization, workflow, and process efficiency to maximize capacity and reduce waste.
  • Quality Management: Implement quality control processes to ensure fabrics meet international standards and customer specifications.
  • Defect Reduction: Develop initiatives to minimize defects, rework, and waste, promoting lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Process Innovation: Introduce new finishing techniques and technologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring adherence to EHS guidelines within the finishing operations.
  • Certification and Audit: Ensure maintenance of standards in line with customer audits, certifications, and sustainability requirements (e.g., ZDHC, OEKO-TEX, GOTS).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and technical teams on process development and new product trials.
