Job Title: Operational Excellence Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operational excellence director to drive strategic growth and improvement at our IVF centers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual operating plans to align with corporate objectives.
  • Lead financial and operational performance, achieving set targets through effective budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Monitor revenue, profitability, and team performance against defined key performance indicators (KRAs).
  • Foster cost optimization initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversight of standard operating procedure (SOP) implementation, medical record management, and audit readiness.
  • Act as an escalation point for operational issues, ensuring medico-legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for brand visibility in local markets.
  • Coordinate monthly profit and loss statement (P&L) with the corporate management information system (MIS) team.
  • Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve financial targets (Revenue, EBITDA, Contribution Margin).
  • Customer satisfaction (NPS 90%) and retention focus.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance and medico-legal requirements.
  • Process-driven with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
