
Renewal Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Renewals Specialist to join our team. This role involves processing customer renewals for software subscription products, assisting in migrating customers to our ordering platform, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities. They will also be responsible for notifying and assisting customers with migrating to our ordering platform at the time of renewal.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Renewals Specialist will have the opportunity to find and execute upsells within their customer base, ensure invoice accuracy, and work closely with Finance to ensure payment is collected. They will also analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills. They should also be highly detail-oriented and able to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, as well as experience with SaaS-based applications. Experience working with Salesforce.com is preferred. Self-starters with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset are encouraged to apply.
