Project Manager: Renewal & Customer Retention

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our renewal-related projects, enhance business processes, and improve customer engagement and retention. This is a pivotal role that requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder coordination, and data analysis expertise.

About the Role:

  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of renewal projects. Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain project documentation.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Underwriting, and more. Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders. Conduct regular review meetings to track progress and resolve blockers.
  • Data & Reporting: Analyze trends in renewals, lapses, and customer cohorts. Create management information system (MIS) reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. Recommend process improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain high standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Post Graduate preferred.
  • Experience in Renewals/Customer Retention/Customer Handling preferred.
