Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop strategic proposals and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Forge partnerships with NGOs, research institutions, and ecosystem actors to expand our footprint.

Project Design, Management & Delivery

  • Lead the design and delivery of projects including impact evaluations, landscape studies, needs assessments, and strategy advisory services.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including workplans, methodologies, stakeholder engagement, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure outputs maintain high standards of rigor, contextual sensitivity, and alignment with global evidence frameworks.

Research & Knowledge Translation

  • Translate theoretical frameworks into actionable strategies for clients.
  • Produce high-quality reports, strategy notes, policy briefs, and communication materials that inform decision-making.

Organisational Development & Capacity Building

  • Work closely with our CEO to shape our growth strategy, five-year vision, and annual operating plans.
  • Design organisational structures and roles to strengthen internal capacity.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Build, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and learning.
