Global Business Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our Global Corporate & Investment Banking department, you will be responsible for business planning and administration, ensuring the stable operations of respective departments.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Support Head of GCIB in developing business strategy and take lead role in implementing global and/or regional initiatives.
- Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor department's financial performance, assess against projected targets, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within the organization and externally.
- People Development: Act as a role model to team members, support, coach, and guide junior team members on complex issues.
- 2-4+ years of experience in reporting and/or business management or related fields.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, with a structured and logical approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel.
