Senior Proposal Manager

Description:

The Senior Proposal Manager will oversee the development and submission of high-quality proposals to secure new business opportunities globally.

They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Global Solutions, Digital Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Legal, to create compelling proposal content that meets customer needs.

This role involves end-to-end management of bids, from qualification to submission, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to customers worldwide.

The Senior Proposal Manager will develop a deep understanding of business requirements and proposed solutions, mapping them against customer needs at a high level.

Key responsibilities include preparing response documents, outlining stakeholder roles and responsibilities, collaborating with sales and delivery heads, and conducting war room sessions to achieve internal win strategies.

Additionally, they will create and manage repositories of business proposals, train AI platforms to generate proposals, and work collaboratively on online content development, such as presentations, video tutorials, infographics, and webinars.

The ideal candidate should have experience in proposal writing and management, particularly in the automotive industry, and be able to understand business proposal structures for different types of solutions and products.

They will facilitate reviews and approvals from legal, finance, solution, and delivery teams, support the creation of sales collaterals, and manage a team of graphic designers to ensure productivity and KPIs are met.

This role also involves knowledge and document management of old proposals, standardizing proposal documents for quick turnaround.
