Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Global IT Support Specialist. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our HR applications, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve 2nd level incidents/tickets in the Service Management Tool, prioritizing quality and efficiency.
  • Investigate recurring support needs to design holistic solutions, collaborating with subject-matter experts when necessary.
  • Work closely with Global Application Support Specialists, IT developers, and other support teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with vendors for alignments, issue resolution, and SLA follow-up.
  • Prepare technical documentation and training materials to support troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members and contribute to the development of training programs.
  • Participate in release management, conducting testing activities, and maintaining tracking files.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, interfaces, and data security.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of dependent applications and systems.
Requirements:
  • Two-year minimum experience with SAP SucessFactors and SAP HCM.
  • Ability to work in multiple time zones, with a logical and structured approach to IT solutions.
  • Service mindset, with empathy, patience, and positivity to provide solutions to internal clients.
  • Global disposition, team focus, and strong communication skills to thrive in international virtual teams.
  • Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment.
  • Detail orientation and drive to be a thorough and persistent investigator.
  • Proficiency in using MS office tools.
  • Very Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset.

4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
