A Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in educating potential customers about our product and service. Their key responsibilities include:

  • Explaining our program to customers over calls
  • Following up with customers to ensure class schedules
  • Participating in trial classes as part of training
  • Managing client relationships, taking feedback, and resolving any issues or conflicts

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have prior experience in customer service and call centres. Knowledge of US localization and understanding of US Accent are desirable qualities.
