We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Specialist to drive the growth of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with accounting software like Tally and Zoho Books to prepare client invoices, process vendor bills, and manage expense entries.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including GSTR-3B and GSTR-1.
- Manage accounts independently and reconcile bank and vendor/customer statements.
- Deliver monthly MIS reports to management on time.
- Contribute to monthly/annual closing assignments and assist with balance sheet and ITR preparation.
Requirements:
- Experience in Tally, Zoho Books, and GST filings.
- Sound knowledge of GST and TDS Provisions.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts and financial statement preparation.
- Ability to handle accounting as per Indian Laws and adhere to timelines.
- Hardworking and willing to work on a long-term basis, taking responsibility and handling work independently under minimal guidance.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (M.Com/B.Com) or ICWA with 0-3 years of experience in account maintenance.
- Similar experience of 2-3 years.
