Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to manage our financial activities and ensure accurate reporting across India.
Main Responsibilities:- Overseeing daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping.
- Preparing and maintaining ledgers, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Maintaining compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audit processes.
- Monitoring budgets, expenses, and financial planning for institutions.
- Coordinating with auditors, vendors, and management teams for smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, Accounts Executive, or in a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
