Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of banking and finance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with banks to manage daily cash flow across various bank accounts.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including liquidity reports, 15CA/CB, and weekly payment summaries.
  • Manage employee claims, credit cards, licenses, and monthly payment reports for accounting.
  • Assist in executing financing deals, including daily portfolio transfers, investor repayments, and EMI repayments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for India, covering disbursements, repayments, net cash, and third-party contracts.
  • Record journal entries using NetSuite to support timely month-end close.
  • Ensure timely payment of all statutory dues, partner with departments on accruals, vendor management, and contract management.
  • Support the team in preparing and communicating timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly cash projections and annual external audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar position.
  • Experience in handling banking transactions.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with fluency in English.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
