Strategic Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development and Investor Relations professional to join our team at Hunarstreet Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our investment relationship firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads within key sectors, including healthcare, agriculture, FMCG, defense, IT, and e-commerce, for potential investment opportunities. Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and assess market trends.
- Fundraising and Investment Strategy: Identify fundraising opportunities and develop strategic plans to attract investments from foreign portfolio investors, foreign direct investments, and domestic institutional investors. Collaborate with our Transaction Head to execute fundraising strategies effectively.
- End-to-End Deal Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of investment deals from initial contact to final closure, including due diligence, negotiation, and coordination with legal, financial, and regulatory teams.
- Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, providing them with regular updates, reports, and insights into market trends and investment opportunities.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and risk assessment, to support investment decisions. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and that they are kept informed of all relevant developments.
- Strategic Planning and Reporting: Assist our CEO in strategic planning and decision-making by providing insights and analysis on market trends, competitor activity, and potential investment opportunities. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
