Key Responsibilities
1.Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new service opportunities within the recruitment space.
- Work closely with senior leadership to refine service offerings and market positioning.
2.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients to expand our portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct presentations, lead meetings, and facilitate negotiations with potential and existing clients.
3.Sales & Revenue Growth
- Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Develop pricing strategies and contract structures that are competitive and align with client expectations.
- Monitor sales pipeline and proactively address challenges to ensure continuous growth.
4.Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Report to senior leadership on business development metrics and client feedback to improve service offerings.
5.Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Generate reports on business development activities, client feedback, and market insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Education: MBA preferred or any other relevant Master’s Degree
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development or strategy, preferably within B2B services industry
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
