About this role:

Giraf Creatives is seeking a Junior Performance Marketer to join our team in Calicut, India.

This full-time, on-site role involves developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital campaigns for clients.

You will work closely with our team to set up and launch paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.

  1. Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR) and support the creation of client reports.
  2. Learn to conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

Key skills required include foundational knowledge of paid advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
