Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.

Your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end paid campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with our creative and strategy teams.

You will work closely with our design and copy teams to deliver impactful results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end paid campaigns (Meta + Google)
  • Create funnel strategies aligned with client goals
  • Implement audience segmentation: interest-based, custom, and lookalikes
  • Monitor KPIs: CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA, CAC and optimize daily
  • Collaborate with the design/copy team for ad creatives & angles
  • Manage budgets, A/B tests, and campaign scaling
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights & actions
  • Ensure proper pixel setup, event tracking, GTM, and attribution
Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
  2. Proven track record of delivering high-ROAS campaigns
  3. Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling
  4. Proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager (GTM)
  5. Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations
  6. Skilled in Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and data analysis
  7. Strong copy/creative sense: hooks, CTAs, ad formats
  8. Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven
