Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our logistics department. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client relationships, coordinating order processing, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including orders, inventory movements, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and track shipments to resolve any logistical issues that arise during transportation.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on logistics performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations or client coordination role.
  • Strong working knowledge of BUSY Software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and orders simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
