Job Description:

We are currently seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of strategic supply chain plans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, manage supply, and ensure seamless coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
