Job Summary

  • Achieve aggressive revenue, margin and CAC/LTV targets for assigned geography.
Main Responsibilities
  • Craft a holistic growth strategy across D2C, marketplaces, offline and emerging channels to drive business results.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end inventory strategies ensuring optimal stock levels and minimal ageing stock.
  • Define product-market fit; localize hero SKUs, create new-product roadmaps and sunset low ROI lines to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Prioritize regional regulations and sensorial preferences to adapt formulations for local markets.
  • Lead 360° marketing—performance, influencer, CRM, PR efforts to maximize return on ad spend.
  • Establish data pipelines and dashboards to track cohorts, repeat rates, marketplace rankings in real time.
  • Negotiate with logistics providers, payment partners and duty consultants to optimize landed costs and service level agreements.
  • Recruit, mentor and performance-manage cross-functional teams (growth, ops, CS, retail, trade) to drive business outcomes.
  • Champion customer obsession by collecting VOC insights to inform product updates and CX enhancements.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships—wellness chains, tourism boards, Ayurveda clinics—to expand reach and amplify impact.
  • E nsure legal and tax compliance, including cosmetics claims, import duties and GDPR-like mandates.
  • Present quarterly business reviews to stakeholders, highlighting wins, risks and next bets.
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture; run A/Bs on funnels, creatives, bundles, and pricing levers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop disaster-recovery and continuity plans for supply, logistics, ads and key seller accounts.
  • Benchmark competition to deliver actionable intel on pricing, share-of-voice and shelf velocity.
  • Represent the brand's cultural values while driving high-performance execution.
Requirements
  • Degree from Tier 1 colleges only. IIMs, XLRI, MDI, ISB etc.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Retail industry (FMCG, Retail, E-commerce)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical, data and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use information for reporting
  • Drive and manage own tasks effectively; work independently and be an effective contributor to the team
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
  • Organized with superior time management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize under tight schedules while maintaining production of high-quality work
  • Self-accountability to follow-through with proper consistent updates to stakeholders Proficiency with project-based tools such as Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
