Warehouse Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Executive to join our team. This role involves overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a range of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of warehouse activities and meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Pull, fill, pack and set up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Should be well-versed with warehouse processes such as GRN, FIFO, LIFO and Put away
  • Conduct regular audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high accuracy
  • Generate MIS reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety and administrative guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and RTO orders
  • Generate e-way bills, check vendor bills and perform other administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with internal and external team members

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role with an ecommerce or fulfillment center
  • Knowledge of WMS/SAP or similar ERP packages is an added advantage
  • Graduate degree with knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Ability to perform tasks under pressure and work 6 days a week
